Testimonials

"I just wanted to let you know, A.J., how helpful your ebooks and audio programs have been to me. Thanks for all the hard work you do and for putting yourself and your own painful experience out there as gifts to those still trying to find their own way."

-- Donald S., U.S.A.

"A.J., your ebook about Verbal Abuse helped me to realize so much. I needed to know that I was placing myself in danger and that verbal abuse is not something to minimize. I also needed to know that toxic relating isn't love. Thanks so much for writing and making that ebook available."

-- Duke P., Ireland

"I bought A.J. Mahari's ebook, on Loneliness. Wow! So much insightful and informative stuff. I had not ever really thought about there being anything positive about loneliness. You taught me so much. I have been able to make some wonderful changes in my life because your ebook helped me to learn that the place to start was with my attitude toward and thoughts about loneliness. Thanks so much A.J. and may God continue to bless all the work that you do."

Loved Ones Finding Closure - 4 - 60 Minute Sessions

Loved Ones Finding Closure - 4 - 60 Minute Sessions

Price: $320.00

Loved ones of those with Borderline Personality Disorder, at one point or another, do need to find closure. Closure isn't limited exclusively to the ending of a relationship with the person with BPD in your life even though this is what it is most commonly thought to mean.

Closure might mean finding your way to more effective coping with identified and up-held boundaries so that you gain needed closure from the roller-coaster emotional chaos and turmoil of a BPD loved one even in continuing to relate to that person.

Many of the loved ones of BPD that come to me as a Life/BPD Coach have read an enormous amount of material about Borderline Personality Disorder. And, while they have gained a lot of knowledge about many aspects of BPD they continue to struggle with what have become dysfunctional and painful patterns of thinking about and relating to the person in their lives with BPD. My clients have expressed to me that the support and compassion along with the understanding that I can share about all aspects of BPD really makes the difference for them in their on-going processes of coming to the kind of deep emotional understanding required to create and maintain healthy change for themselves.

Working with A.J. Mahari, as your BPD/Life Coach on the subject of closure, again, whether you are remaining in the relationship with the loved one in your life with BPD or not can and will empower you to end the pain and suffering that loved ones experience on the other side of someone with BPD.

Please Note: Any purchased life coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Quotes From A.J. Mahari

"What is in the way - is the way. If you have Borderline Personality Disorder it is the fundamental absence of a known self that sits at the very core of your pain, anger, and your rage. It is your rage that stands between your borderline pain and suffering and your recovery. Your lack of a known and defined self is what is in your way."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Ebook, "Rage And BPD"

"Are you confused? Are you in pain? Do you find yourself overly-focused on the person with BPD? Are you trying to make sense out of the borderline's shifting moods or contradictory behaviour? I have been there. I know what it takes to break free on the other side of BPD. Breaking free from the BPD maze means getting back in touch and in tune with yourself."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Audio Program, "Breaking Free From The BPD Maze - Recovery For Non Borderlines"

"There are 10 Key Facts at the heart of Borderline Personality Disorder that every non borderline needs to understand. To begin facing the facts of BPD and what it means to the non borderline, you have to first know what the facts really are. Not just the traits that define BPD but the facts of what the experience is and why it is so painful for family members, loved ones, and relationship partners."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Audio Program, "Facing 10 Key Facts About BPD - For Non Borderlines"
